Terms & conditions

 

 

  • Weekend bookings are limited and therefore the session fee is $300 for a weekend and $250 for a weekday.

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book the photography. This deposit is credited towards your images purchase.

  • In the event of weather or illness postponing the session can occur up to 3 months.

  •  Booking deposits are non-transferable.

  • Session must be booked prior to expiry date on a gift voucher and can be held up to 3 months after.

  • Family session images are not to be used for commercial use

  • Gift vouchers can not be used in conjunction with another offer.

  • Please advise us of any injuries, food allergies or special circumstances that may affect your session.

  • Photography sessions can be quite active and involve physical activity. Any injuries need to be told to the photographer prior to the session. You must participate in your photography session at your own risk.

  • Your cinematic design & purchasing appointment must take place within one month of your photography session to redeem your gift voucher benefits.

  •  We encourage all decision makers must attend both the photography session and the purchasing appointment.
  • The purchasing of high resolution digital images with full copyright given means that no refund is given after the images are released to the client after the 3 day cooling off period from when the order is placed.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

  • We respect your privacy and personal information is not shared with any third party or other organisations.

  • Voucher credit cannot be used to purchase images from a previous portrait session.

  •  No family photography sessions are booked without an In-person (or virtual) planning appointment with our consultant.
